— Give only one item for 2-3 days and observe the health and urine/stool – just to confirm kid’s digestive system is able to adjust to this new introduction
— After 2-3 days, you can switch the food and try something else.

It is fine to have little bit of pain after activities. Yes, oil massage is good. Please make sure she is eating foods rich in iron. Spinach, Eggplant (Brinjal), Jaggery, Peanuts, beans are the good sources. If he doesn’t like spinach, try other sources please; I have used “Hearbalife Dyno Shake” in the past – not regularly though. you can try that out. Don’t continue it for long period. Give a break of at least 3-5 months before you give this again. It is a good supplement that I recommend.

No matter whatever be the technology, it cannot provide the nutrients that can be provided by the Fresh Fruits, vegetables and home made food.

We always have a choice. Think about it! You need to educate and empower your family members about the disadvantages via video, blog and various possible methods.

It is fine as long as a kid is not having any health issues. However, provide some variety as well. Only one thing all the time is not advisable.

Yes, Desi Cow A2 milk is best if possible. If not, avoid all other milks.

Increase variety within the same ingredients – e.g. Vegetable Khichdi, Masala Dalia, Sweet Dalia, Upma, Ragi, Idli, Rice preparations.

Protein rich foods increase the Satiety – Feeling of Fullness. For Snacks I would recommend: Nuts, Cheese, Fruits, Smoothie, Banana, Oatmeal, Baked Sweet potato, Carrots, Cucumber etc.

Please give boiled and cooled down water for 5-8 months. After 8 months you can start giving in small quantities and then gradually increase.

I see. For that matter – Ragi Sticks, Soya Sticks, Baked chips, Fruits, Dalia – (masala & sweet – take 3 minutes to prepare), Poha, Upma. Try to stretch a little bit and see if you can find something that can be prepared/cooked quickly and is healthy for your kids.
