Rainbow Club Yoga Adventure: A Fun & Mindful Experience for Kids (6+ Years)

🌿 Duration: 60 minutes
🌿 Objective: Help children explore yoga through movement, breathing, and mindfulness while making it fun and interactive. 

Experience Flow:

1️⃣ Welcome & Icebreaker (10 min)

• Kids are welcomed with a fun yoga greeting.
• Quick round of “Yogi Name Game”, where each child introduces themselves with a yoga pose that starts with the same letter as their name.

2️⃣ Themed Yoga Flow: “Journey Through Nature” (15 min)

• Kids embark on a story-based yoga journey through different landscapes:
  🌳 Forest – Tree Pose (balance like a strong tree)
  🏔 Mountains – Mountain Pose (stand tall and strong)
  🌊 Ocean Waves – Flow through Warrior Poses (imagine surfing the waves)
  🌞 Sun Salutations – Warm-up with a fun, easy sun salutation routine.

3️⃣ Partner & Group Yoga Games (15 min)

• Mirror Yoga: Kids pair up and mimic each other’s poses.
• Yoga Chain: The group creates a “human yoga chain” with different connected poses.
• Yoga Challenge Poses: Fun challenge cards with unique poses for kids to try.

4️⃣ Breathwork & Mindfulness (10 min)

• Bubble Breathing: Kids blow imaginary bubbles with deep breaths.
• Breath of Fire: Learn energizing breathing techniques.
• Mindful Listening: Close eyes and focus on surrounding sounds.

5️⃣ Yoga Story & Relaxation (10 min)

• Short guided visualization about floating in the clouds or lying on a beach.
• Gentle stretching and Savasana with a calming music track.

🎉 Closing Circle & Gratitude – Kids share their favorite part of the session and end with a group “Namaste” High-Five!
