🟡 1. Warm-up & Groove Time (10 mins)

Kick off the session with a playful warm-up to get little bodies moving and ready to dance!
Activity:

• “Freeze Dance” – kids dance to peppy music and freeze when the music stops

• Animal walks (elephant stomp, bunny hops, bird flaps) to stretch and loosen up

🎵 Steps:

• Break the song into small segments

• Teach basic hand movements, expressions, and footwork

• Keep the energy high and the instructions simple

• Add interactive elements (e.g., clap-twirl-jump sequences)

• Small competition for the kids to show off their dancing skill

🎭 Encourage expressive movements — joy, surprise, and “Bollywood drama”!

After the dancing fun, it’s time to relax and refresh.
