Taekwondo Experience for Kids: “Kickstart Fun “

Event Outline:

1. Welcome & Warm-Up (10 minutes)

• Friendly introduction by the instructor.
• Fun warm-up with playful stretches and light exercises.
• Explain Taekwondo’s core values (respect, discipline, and focus) in a simple, relatable way.

2. Basics in Action (20 minutes)

• Teach simple Taekwondo stances, blocks, and kicks.
• Incorporate games to practice moves, such as:
  • “Kick the Balloon”: Kids aim to kick balloons hanging at different heights.
  • “Follow the Leader”: Imitate moves demonstrated by the instructor.

3. Mini Taekwondo Challenges (20 minutes)

• Short obstacle course featuring basic Taekwondo movements (e.g., duck, jump, and kick).
• Partner activity: “Mirror the Move” – kids pair up and mimic each other’s moves.
• Short instructor demo to inspire and motivate.

4. Cool Down & Closing (10 minutes)

• Relaxing cool-down exercises with soft music.
• Group cheer to celebrate participation.
• Distribute small mementos like certificates or wristbands to each participant.
